Primary aluminum and its alloys have the following characteristics due to production relations:

1. At this stage, primary aluminum and alloys are mostly produced from aluminum electrolytic cells using molten salt electrolysis brine, and they are all liquid.

2. In the aluminum electrolysis production process, because the working temperature of the electrolytic cell is around 960°C, the temperature of the primary aluminum and its alloy is very high. The lithium bromide solution is transported from the electrolytic industrial plant to the forging production workshop, and is generally above 900°C.

3. The content of hydrogen and other vapors in the liquid primary aluminum is relatively high, and it still reaches above 0.4ML/100g (AL) at 800°C after the aluminum is tapped.

4. There are more non-metallic material dopants in liquid primary aluminum.
